Refund and cancellation policy

This policy is shown before you pay. There are no admin or cancellation fees. Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 7 working days of being approved.

Single-session packages

Early Clarity and Career Clarity.

• Full refund any time before the session.
• One free reschedule if you tell us at least 24 hours before.
• If you miss the session without telling us, the session counts as used.
• Once the session has happened or the report has been delivered, there is no refund.

Multi-session packages

Clarity + Path (India) and Abroad Strategy.

• Full refund within 7 days of paying, if nothing has been used.
• After that, we refund what you paid minus the sessions already used (at the single-session price) and any report already delivered.
• No refund once half the sessions are used, or 6 months after paying.

Abroad Applications

• Paid in three parts: 40% at the start, 30% after the university shortlist, 30% at submission.
• You can cancel the first part within 7 days for a full refund (cooling-off period).
• Each part is not refundable once the work for that part has been delivered.
• University application fees are paid by you directly and are not refundable by us.
• No admission is guaranteed. A refusal from a university is not grounds for a refund.

Complaints

Our grievance officer is Darshan Mutha, info@adityaedu.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
